Lexura complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Lexura has certified that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles for personal data received from the European Union and the UK (and Gibraltar), and the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles for data from Switzerland. Lexura is responsible for personal data it receives under each DPF and subsequently transfers to third parties acting as agents.
